In Germany, the quest for a place to call home can often feel as demanding as holding down a second or even a third job. Immoscout24, one of the largest real estate service providers, entrusted us with the opportunity to craft one of their most significant campaigns.


We strategically placed posters, booked billboards, and invested in premium advertising spaces across key German cities, mirroring the efforts of someone desperate to secure a flat. However, the big reveal came just one week later: Immoscout24 was the driving force behind it all. Simultaneously, we launched various TV spots and a massive media campaign, delivering a crystal-clear message: ‘With Immoscout24, you will find your perfect place to live.’


The change was obvious: from backlash to love brand in just one week.


This campaign was a testament to Immoscout24's unwavering commitment to simplifying the daunting task of finding a home in Germany. It show the brand’s dedication to get closer to its users' dreams of securing accommodation.


Our campaign wasn’t just about properties; it was about people and their needs.

But how this started?

HOW?

We investigate hundreds of people's announcements in different places like Reddit, Telegram, and even on the streets of Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, and many more. Before releasing the TV spots, we create personas (our actors) that are capable of doing whatever it takes to find a flat in Germany. Crazy things like paying for a big billboard or a digital screen without any design knowledge.

AND?


After one week of using posters, billboards, trucks, and various other formats, we discovered that Immoscout24 was the solution. We simultaneously released our seven spots on digital media and TV.
